Control Celavii notifications — channels (email, in-app, mobile push), notification types, digest frequency, and Do Not Disturb settings.

Email Digest Settings
- Real-time — Immediate emails for critical alerts
- Daily — Summary of activity at end of day
- Weekly — Weekly roundup every Monday
- Off — No digest emails (in-app only)
Do Not Disturb
Set quiet hours to pause non-critical notifications:
- Schedule quiet hours (e.g., 6 PM – 9 AM)
- Enable weekend DND mode
- Critical alerts (security, billing) still come through
