- Navigate to Live Capture — Go to Live Capture from your dashboard sidebar
- Select Ambassador Mode — Choose "Ambassador Discovery"
- Connect data source — Link Shopify, email platform, or upload a CSV of customer emails
- Review discovered creators — See which of your customers have significant social followings
Importing Contact Lists
Upload your customer email list to discover hidden influencers:
- Supported formats: CSV, XLSX
- Required column: Email address
- Optional: Name, purchase history, signup date
- Max file size: 50MB (~1M contacts)
