Workspaces
Organize teams, campaigns, and creator data with isolated workspaces inside your Celavii organization. Roles, access control, and multi-brand patterns.
Workspaces are isolated environments within your organization where teams can manage their own campaigns, creator lists, and data. Each workspace has its own settings, members, and permissions.

When to Use Workspaces
- Multiple Brands — Manage different brands with separate creator pools and campaigns
- Regional Teams — Separate workspaces for EMEA, APAC, Americas with localized creators
- Client Projects — Agencies can isolate client data and grant selective access
- Department Separation — Keep marketing and product teams in separate workspaces
Workspace Permissions

| Workspace Admin | Full control over workspace settings and members |
| Editor | Create and manage campaigns, lists, and creators |
| Viewer | Read-only access to workspace data |
| Guest | Limited access to specific campaigns only |
Creating a Workspace
- Go to Organization Settings — Navigate to Settings → Organization → Workspaces
- Click "Create Workspace" — Name your workspace and set an optional description
- Invite Members — Add team members and assign their roles
