Sub-Processors

Celavii uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver our Services. This list is maintained pursuant to the Data Processing Addendum (DPA), Section 6.

Changes to this list are subject to the notification and objection procedures described in Section 6 of the DPA. Celavii will notify customers at least thirty (30) days prior to engaging any new sub-processor or replacing an existing one.

Definitions

  • Sub-Processor means any third party engaged by Celavii to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of Customer.
  • Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data that Celavii processes on behalf of Customer in the course of providing the Services.
